Here are some recommendations to help you get the best user experience possible with PC Mobile.
Download a subset of File IDs to PC Mobile
- In Phoenix Connect, set a Filter to isolate the File IDs (Road or Opening) available for download
- See the following Article for help on Filters: Download Data to PC Mobile
Warning: If you do not have a Filter set in Phoenix Connect online, PC Mobile will attempt to download All your File IDs (Roads or Openings) to the tablet. This will impact performance.
Upload your Changes often!!
We recommend that you Upload your changes at the end of day, if possible. Stuff happens, so the sooner your changes are uploaded the better. Any data loss is problematic, but by uploading often, we can minimize any potential data loss scenarios.
Upload up to 10 File IDs at a time
If you select more than 10 File IDs to Upload the process may fail if the dataset is too large. (For example, multiple photos have been added to the File IDs) In these cases we suggest you select less than 10 File IDs at a time.
