The Identification tab is located under the Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder button.
- Select one or more FDUs
or, - Use the check box to set to “ALL” (optional).
- Available where an FSP is assigned on the Opening - Administration tab
- Useful when building Opening Site Plans under an FSP
- Select the Submit button to enable the RSM and GAR/GWM tabs
- Tenure Statement can be typed in or selected from the user-defined Master Comments (optional)
- Standard Unit areas and BEC are read-only and displayed from the Opening
- Other Safety Concerns can be typed in or selected from the user-defined Master Comments (optional)
- All other fields are optional
- Click the Submit button to save the record
Note: Identification objectives added in the Objectives master list (Configuration - Site Plan Master - Objectives) are added to a Plan on the Objectives tab for the Plan (Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder - Objectives).
Road Identification
Roads assigned to an Opening Site Plan will be displayed in the Road Identification list grid. A road can be assigned to an existing Opening Site Plan from either the Road or Opening module.
For details on assigning roads in the Road module, see this article: Plan Builder - Roads. Once assigned, users have the option to include road details in a Site Plan during Plan Report Generation.
Add a Road(s) to an Opening Site Plan
- Click Select Road(s)
- Filter and/or navigate to the desired Road(s)
- Select Road(s)
- Click Submit
Note: If a Road has been added to an Opening Site Plan, it will be removed from the Road Identification selection list.
Edit a Road assigned to an Opening Site Plan
Road details in the list grid can be edited in the Road module.
Remove a Road from an Opening Site Plan
Click Remove
