Plan Builder - GAR/GWM

The Opening GAR/GWM tab is located under the Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder button.

Only data associated with the FSP assigned to the current opening (Opening - Administration tab) will be available for selection on this page.

GAR/GWM records may be added individually or, as a group if any have been identified as default in the master list.

Add the default group of GAR/GWM

• Click the Initialize Defaults button
  GAR/GWMs identified as Default in the Site Plan Master will be added.

Note: A GAR-GWM can be assigned as a default here: Configuration - Site Plan Master - FSP - GAR-GWM

Add a GAR/GWM

• Click the +Add button
• Click in the Select Some Options data entry field to display GAR/GWM list
• Select an item from the list
• Click the Submit button to save

If a desired GAR/GWM is not available in the pick list, it can be added here: Configuration - Site Plan Master - FSP - GAR-GWM.

Note: Once a GAR-GWM has been added to the Opening, it will be removed from the pick list for that Opening

When GAR-GWM records are added Phoenix Connect will:

• Automatically check the Applicable check box
• Load the GAR-GWM ID, Title, and note fields from the master list

Note: GAR-GWM objectives added in the Objectives master list (Configuration - Site Plan Master - Objectives) are added to a Plan on the Objectives tab for the Plan (Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder - Objectives)

Edit a GAR/GWM

Applicable

• Un-check the Applicable check box if the GAR-GWM is not applicable (optional)
• Click the Submit button to save

Note/Comment fields

• Click on a Notes/Comment field
• Edit the content
  • Type/Delete data in the field
    or,
  • Select the Master Comment button to append or replace content.
• Click OK
• Click the Submit button to save

GAR/GWM ID and Title

Changes to a GAR-GWM ID and/or Title must be done in the GAR-GWM master list.

• Delete the GAR-GWM record from the Site Plan Builder - GAR/GWM tab
• Edit the GAR-GWM ID or Title in the master list: Configuration - Site Plan Master - FSP - GAR-GWM tab.
• Go back to the Opening Plan and add the GAR-GWM Record: Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder - GAR/GWM tab
• Click the Submit button to save

Delete a GAR/GWM

• Click the Trashbin icon on the far right
• Click the Submit button to save
