Plan Builder - Water Management

The Water Management tab is located under the Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder button.  This is where Riparian and Lakeshore management zone information is entered.

Note: Water Management objectives entered in the Objectives master list (Configuration - Site Plan Master - Objectives) are added output under the Water Management Grid (if selected during Report Genration)

Riparians

Riparian management zone (RMZ) information for an Opening Plan is managed here.

Add a Riparian record

• Click +Add
• Enter data in at least one field (required)
• Click Submit to save

Edit a Riparian record

• Click in a field
• Enter/change content
• Click Submit to save

Class field (optional)

Available selections for this field are managed in a master list: Configuration - Site Plan Master - Riparian Lakeshore.  All items identified in this master list as Riparian will be available in the pick list.

Note: Classes can be assigned to specific FSP(s).  If this has been setup in the configuration, only the classes for the FSP assigned to the opening will be available for selection.

When a Class is selected from the list, the buffers RRZ Width (m) and RMZ Width (m) and CRZ (m) entered in the master list for the corresponding Riparian Type and Class will be loaded.

Note: CRZ = Core Retention Zone

Strategy field (optional)

• Click on the Strategy field
• Edit the content
  • Type/Delete data in the field
    or,
  • Select the Master Comment button to append or replace content.
• Click OK
• Click Submit to save

Delete a Riparian record

• Click the Trashbin icon on the far right
• Click Submit to save

Lakeshores

Lakeshore management zone (LMZ) information for an Opening Plan is managed here.

Add a Lakeshore record

• Click +Add
• Enter data in at least one field (required)
• Click Submit to save

Edit a Lakeshore record

• Click in a field
• Enter/change content
• Click Submit to save

Class field (optional)

Available selections for this field are managed in a master list: Configuration - Site Plan Master - Riparian Lakeshore.  All items identified in this master list as Lakeshore will be available in the pick list.
