The Objectives tab is located under the Opening - Administration - Site Plan Builder button.
The list of Objectives available must be pre-loaded in the Site Plan Master - Objectives page.
Adding Objectives
Objectives can be added 3 ways
- Initialize Defaults - Objectives with default selected in Master List and are tagged with the Opening FSP will be loaded.
- Group of Objectives - Objectives within the Group selected and tagged with the Opening FSP will be loaded
- One by one - Add one from the list Objectives - list has Objectives tagged with the Opening FSP.
- Click Submit to save
Note: To avoid duplicate data entry - once an Objective has been added to the Opening, it will be removed from the Plan Builder selection list for that Opening.
Edit an Objective
Objective Comment
- Click on a Notes/Comment field
- Edit the content
- Type/Delete data in the field
or, - Select the Master Comment button to append or replace content.
- Type/Delete data in the field
- Click OK
- Click Submit to save
Delete an Objective
- Click the Trashbin icon on the far right
- Click Submit to save
