On the Dashboard you have the option to display notifications for:
- Overdue Activities
- Overdue Tasks
- Opening Milestones - REGEN or FG overdue or due in 3, 6, 9, 12 month options
- Cutting Permits - Expired or Expiring in 12 months
- FSPs - Expired or Expiring in 12 months
Overdue Activities and Tasks:
- Generate a Report of the list
- Email the list -
- enter the recipients email and the entire overdue list is sent.
- or have emails sent to those entered as 'Responsible' for those Activities or Tasks.
- responsible field is tied to Contacts - see article: Contacts Setup
- Activities/Tasks are grouped by who's responsible. Only one email will be sent to a contact with their list of overdue activities/tasks.
Opening Milestones, Cutting Permits or FSPs
- Email the list - enter the recipients email and click Submit
