Yes you can!
Here is a recommended setup:
Create an Opening in Phoenix Connect.
- Opening Details: Use a File_id that relates to the Road disturbance
- Opening Details: Check the 'RESULTS Exempt' box (this will exclude the opening from any RESULTS submissions)
*Suggestion: Create an DISTURBANCE Type activity named 'Road Disturbance' in the Activity Master List
- Add the DISTRBANCE activity to the Opening
- Add any Tasks relating to the Disturbance (Harvest Obligations)
- Build a Road Site Plan
Note: This is not intended to replace the Road Inspection/Maintenance obligations that are tracked in Phoenix connect Roads.
