G11: Update Forest Cover - Server 500 Error

If a Survey is Multi-Layer and data is not entered on all 4 layers, the Update Forest Cover function may cause an error.  

To resolve this,

1. Select the Survey Unit that is Multi-Layer. 
2. Scroll down so you can see the 4 Layers
3. Click on Submit
4. Try the Update Forest Cover function again.
