Creating reports of Phoenix Connect data can be done using built-in reports from the Report Gallery and other ‘All’ reporting pages.
- Reportable data will reflect the active current Filter (Openings/Roads)

Built-in reports
Report Gallery
Standard reports who's output cannot be changed
- Click the Excel/PDF icon beside a report name to run it
- Reports without Excel/PDF icons must be run from specific pages - see report description
- Data from these reports will only include Openings/Roads in the Active Filter
Ad hoc Reports - 'All' Pages
- The "All" pages under the Reporting menu item can be used to run quick queries across all records (openings/roads) being viewed
- Data from these reports will only include Openings/Roads in the Active Filter
- Example...if you have an Opening filter set that says 'Openings with a Done Disturbance'.... With this filter set, going to the All Activities Page will show All of the Activities for the Openings that have a Done Disturbance.
- Sort/Filter data on an ‘All’ page then generate a report. For information on reporting grids see the following video Reporting Grids
- Data can also be sorted and filtered in Excel after downloading a report.

Report and Favourite buttons work the same on all pages.
- Use the Report button to output the standard set of attributes, or
- Customize the output using the Favourite selection button (pencil) to select specific attributes then the Favourite report button (down arrow) to output. Favourite list are saved for each user.
Email Button on All Activities and All Tasks
- Apply any filter
- Click the Email button
- enter the recipients email to receive the list
- or have emails sent to those entered as 'Responsible' for those Activities or Tasks.
- responsible field is tied to Contacts - see article: Contacts Setup
- Last Notified field will be updated for any activity/task included in an emailed list.
