There are two ways to do this:
1. Passwords can be reset for any user by a Company Administrator.
1. A Company Administrator can reset a password for any user:
- Select the Company Administration icon (gear) on the home page
- Click on the user’s name or the Pencil icon on the user’s row
- Click on Reset Password
An email will then be sent to the user requesting they enter a new password.
2. Reset your own password (all users):
- Hover mouse over your user name in the top right corner.
- Click on User Account
- Enter the Current and New passwords
- Enter the new password again in the Confirm Password field
- Select Submit to save
Note: You can also use the Forgot Your Password? link on the login page to have a password reset email sent to the email address used to create your user account.
