The two upload locations on this page are used for:
- ESF submissions
- Verifying spatial data prior to generating ESF submissions
- Map Viewing
Prerequisites
- Files required with following extensions: dbf, prj, sbn, sbx, shp, shx
- All File names in the SHAPE dataset are case sensitive. ie. file set filenames must match exactly.
- example: block.dbf and BLOCK.shp would not be considered in the same SHAPE dataset
- A column with the name GIS_LINK must exist in each SHAPE attribute file (.dbf)
File Locations
Road Permit & Block Boundary Spatial
This location is where Block boundary, Road Permit and Harvest with NO CP shape files are uploaded.
FTA and RRS submissions look here for corresponding spatial features.
RESULTS Opening submissions look here for corresponding spatial features for gross block boundaries.
All Other Spatial (SU, FC, Activity, FSP)
This location is where Standard Unit, Forest Cover (Strata, NP, Reserve, etc.), Activity and FSP FDU shape files are uploaded.
Upload Files
Method 1
- Select Multi-add Files for a location
- Navigate to the files you want to upload
- Highlight the files
- Select Open
Method 2
- Navigate to the files you want to upload
- Highlight the files
- Drag and Drop the highlighted files over Multi-add Files
Delete Files
- Use the Trashbin icon beside a .shp file to delete the set of files
or, - Use Delete All Files to remove all the files in one location
Download Files
- Use the Download icon beside a .shp file to download a set of files
- they will be zipped into a file during this process
