You can track & report on harvesting constraints in Phoenix Connect:
in Master Lists -
a. Add new Disturbance Activity Type with the name 'Constraint'
b. Add new Observations
ex: Migratory birds constraint, Winter Harvest constraint.
On the opening-
a. Apply new disturbance activity name to the blocks that have constraints.
b. Add observations to the opening observations tab.
Query / Reporting -
a. Create & enable opening filter with Activity Type: DISTURBANCE & Name: Constraint
c. Enter the reporting menu- ALL Observations to see Constraints entered on the openings that have disturbance activity - Constraint.
d. Query & Report as required.
