Legends are image files that coordinate with your Base Maps. It will be a visual explanation of the symbols in your Base Map.
When you have generated a base map with your corporate mapping system using layer combinations that would normally be included on an activity map your legend would then coordinate with your base map. Convert that legend into an image file to be loaded into Phoenix Connect. Phoenix Connect will use the Legend that is assigned to your base map when generating your PDFs.
