Opening Filters are stored by User.
You can Share Filters with other users in your organization.
How it works:
- Create new Filter or Edit an existing Filter
- In the bottom left, select the Users you would like to Share your filter with.
- Click Submit
- The User(s) you shared the Filter with will now have a copy of the same filter. The Name of the filter will be 'Shared - ' + the original Filter Name.
In the example below, '
- Sandy Jones' will have a new Filter added to their account called 'Shared - DONE Disturbance'.
- If James Hall (the creator of the Shared Filter) makes any changes to the DONE Disturbance Filter, anyone it has been Shared with (Sandy Jones) will get the updates (as long as they did not change the Filter Name).
