Prior to generating a RESULTS submission, Phoenix will display any warnings around required data that is missing from your submission.
- Look for a "Warning" message in the Data Check column that indicates there could be an issue.
These are "Warnings", you can still generate your Submission. You may encounter Rejects when submitting to ESF, if you do not address these "Warnings"
- Click on the Warning to bring up a window of the suspect data items
- Use the ‘Data Check Report’ button to download suspect data items for each submission in the list that has a Warning
