This submission allows you to modify a Standards Regime on an existing Stocking Standard applied to a Standard Unit.
The Action Code in the XML file will = 'V'
MoF Documentation: Submissions for a Site Plan Approved Variation may include only those SU's being updated. Any SU's omitted from the submission will NOT be deleted and SU's may not be added through this action. All data, including Layers and Species, must be included in the SU submission.
Prerequisites/tips
- For an Approved Variation the Opening must exist in RESULTS
- Spatial data is required for the Opening boundary and the SU(s) you want to 'vary'
- To preview the spatial data for the current opening See Article: Opening Map Viewer
- On the Standard Unit Details page,
- enter a Variation Rationale in the box provided and Submit.
- update the stocking standards on the page that you are 'varying' from and Submit
Create an Approved Variation Submission
- Launched from the Standard Unit Details Page.
- Click on the RESULTS-Approved Variation Button. (if it is disabled, remove the Variation Date Generated field OR fill in the Variation Rationale)
- Click Generate
Download Submission link
The Download link is available only while on this page. To regain access to the Download Submission link, delete the Variation Date Generated field and generate the submission again.
Area Variance
The Area Variance shows the difference between the area calculated by the spatial data and the area entered in Phoenix Connect. Large area discrepancies may require investigation.
