The Milestone Declaration submission is used to report when a specific milestone has been achieved on a Standard Unit.
Prerequisites/tips
- At least one Milestone on one Standard Unit must be ready for submission.
- Block must exist in RESULTS (Opening - RESULTS - RESULTS Generation Date: Opening must contain a value).
- MOF Client Code and Location can be entered manually on any submission creation page if not already entered under Configuration - Settings - ESF or Master List - ESF Client Codes.
For a Milestone submission to be available, its corresponding ‘Met’ date on the Standard Unit Details page needs to have a value.
The four types of Milestone submissions are:
- Post Harvest
- Regeneration
- Free Growing
- No Regeneration
Create a Milestone Declaration Submission for one Block
Submission file will include all milestones ready for submission on the current Block.
- Launched from the Opening - RESULTS page using the RESULTS Submissions button. The Submission Status will indicate any errors or ‘OK to Generate’ in green.
- Select the Submission Type, Milestone
- Click Generate.
Phoenix Connect will provide a Download Submission link along with details on the file creation.
The Download link is available only while on this page. To regain access to the Download Submission link, delete the RESULTS Generated Date(s) and regenerate the submission.
Create a Milestone Declaration Submission with multiple Blocks (Batch Submission)
Submission file will include all Milestones ready for submission on each Standard Unit selected.
- Launched from Reporting - All Milestones - RESULTS Milestones Submissions button.
The Eligible and Ineligible pages are displayed, indicating which records are available to include in a submission and which records have missing or incorrect data.
