Prerequisites/tips
- At least one Disturbance Activity on a Block must be ready for submission.
- Block must exist in RESULTS: Opening - RESULTS - RESULTS Generation Date: Opening must be filled in
- Spatial data is OPTIONAL for Disturbance submissions. Default setting under Configuration-Settings-ESF

MOF Area field on the Disturbance Activity - Details page can be used in instances where the MOF definition and the Licensee definition of disturbed area do not agree. The MoF Area will be output to XML if it is entered.

Create a Disturbance Submission for one Block
- Launched from the Opening - RESULTS page using the RESULTS Submissions button. The Submission Status will indicate any errors in red or ‘OK to Generate’ in green.

- Select the Submission Type, Disturbance
- Click Generate.
Phoenix Connect will provide a Download Submission link along with details on the file creation.
The Download link is available only while on this page. To regain access to the Download Submission link, delete the RESULTS Generated Date on the Disturbance Activity and regenerate the submission.
If spatial data is included in the submission:
Area Variance
The Area Variance shows the difference between the area calculated by the spatial data and the area calculated by Phoenix Connect. Large area discrepancies may require investigation.
Click the blue hyperlink(s) to view the Area Variance details.
Create Disturbance Submission on multiple Blocks (Batch Submission)
Launched from Reporting - RESULTS - Disturbance Activity - Submissions button.
The Eligible and Ineligible pages are displayed, indicating which records are available to include in a submission and which records have missing or incorrect data.

Re-Create a Disturbance Submission
If a Disturbance submission needs to be re-created, the RESULTS Generated date on the Disturbance Activity page must be deleted as well as the Disturbance date on the Opening - RESULTS tab.
