The Road Permits tab/page is located under the Tenure Admin menu item.
Road Permit and Road Section information is managed here.
- Add a Road Permit - Click the +Add button
- Edit a Road Permit - Click the Pencil icon next to the listed Road Permit.
- Delete a Road Permit - Click on the Trashbin icon for the Road Permit.
- Archive a Road Permit - Edit the Road Permit, then Click the Archive box. On Road Permit Grid, archived permits will not be displayed unless the 'Show Archived' option is selected.
RRS Road Permit submissions are also generated from this page.

Road Sections
- Click the Road Permit number hyperlink to view and/or add sections to a Road Permit.
- Add a Road Section - Click the +Add button
Note: If your company has the Phoenix Connect Roads, you are also able to 'Pick Section(s) From Roads' to add to your Road Permit.
