Phoenix Connect can help you keep track of reappraisals. Reappraisals are due within 180 Days of Disturbance completion on a CP. Here are the steps to start tracking this in Phoenix Connect.
Step 1 - Indicate which Cutting Permits require Reappraisal
Step 2 - Turn on CP Reappraisal Dashboard Notifications
Located in: Configuration - Settings Menu - Dashboard Notifications
On Cutting Permits where Disturbance is Complete, Phoenix Connect will use the latest Disturbance Completed Date on the CP and add 180 Days to calculate which are Overdue or Due in 1, 3 or 6 Months.
Step 4 - Monitor & Email
- Check back to the Dashboard to Monitor
- Email someone the list of CPs coming due with the Email button
Step 3 - Fill in the Reappraisal Submitted Date on your CP once completed
- Once entered, that CP will no longer appear in the Notification centre
Additional Requirements
- CP Disturbance Complete: The Disturbance Completed checkbox must be checked on each Opening within the Cutting Permit.
- At least one opening within the cutting permit must have a Disturbance record with a Status = Done and a Completed Date entered. - Phoenix will use the latest of these Completed dates to determine the reappraisal due date.
