Activity Regimes are created by Admin level users and then assigned to Disturbance activities on the Disturbance Details page.
Assign an Activity Regime
- Click on the Activity Regime field
- Select an Activity Regime Name from the list
- Click the Submit button
- Click on the Back to Opening Activities Button to see the newly created activities
The Regime activities and their associated Master List details are automatically created. For information on creating Activity Regime options see the article: Activity Regimes
Activity Dates
Activity target dates are created based on the Regime’s user defined Date Offset Rules. Activity Date Offset Rules will be applied to the Disturbance Target date and when the Disturbance Completed date is entered, the rules will be applied to the Disturbance Completed date. If the Disturbance dates change, the Date Offset Rules will be re-applied to the regime planned activities that currently exist on the Opening Activities list grid.
Note: Where activity Date Offset Rules have not been defined, the Activity Target date will be the Disturbance Completed date and if not entered, the Disturbance Target date.
Activity Areas
Activity areas are created based on the regime’s Area Rules. Where an Area Rule has not been assigned to an activity, the area for that activity will be zero. If the Opening NAR changes, planned activity areas that were created using an Area Rule will be updated.
Note: If the Activity Regime has No Updates selected, the above 'Activity Dates' and 'Activity Areas' changes will not happen.
Remove an Activity Regime
- Click on the Remove Regime button
- Click the Submit button
Planned activities created by the regime will be removed from the Opening. Activities with a Done Status will remain.
Note: To assign a different Activity Regime, first remove the original regime.
