The Tenure Admin - Forest Service Road tab helps users manage Forest Service Road Project Numbers and is designed to assist with Forest Service Road Details data entry.
The Forest Service Road tab is located in the Road Module under the Tenure Admin menu item.
Tip: Click on a Forest Service Road row to highlight it and view the associated Road File IDs at the bottom of the page
Add a New Project Number
- Click +Add
- Enter a unique Project Number (required)
- Enter other data as needed (optional)
- Click Submit
Edit a Project Number
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) for a record in the list grid.
- Change data as needed
- Click Submit
Note: When data is changed, all Road IDs associated will be updated with the new values automatically.
Delete a Project Number
- Click the Trashbin icon for a record.
Note: The Trashbin icon will be disabled when a Project Number has been assigned to a Road ID.
Archive a Project Number
Archiving a record will remove the Project Number from the Project # pick list when adding a new road.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) for a record in the list grid.
- Select the Archived checkbox
- Click Submit
Tip: Select the Show Archived checkbox in the Forest Service Road list grid to display archived records.
Special Data Entry Fields
District
The District entered here will auto populate on the road Details page when the associated Project Number is selected.
Geographic Location
The Geographic Location entered here will auto populate on the Road Details page when the associated Project Number is selected.
Local Name
The Local Name entered here will auto populate on the Road Details page when the associated Project Number is selected.
