Road Activities are created and managed on the road Activities tab.
The road Activities tab also allows for Road Navigation using the Find Road button.
The Activity Header tab is labelled with the Name of the activity. It captures basic and administrative information for one Activity record and is the same format for all Activity Types.

The road Activities tab is located under the Road menu item.
Add an Activity
- Click +Add
- Select a Type from the system generated pick list (required)
- Enter the From (km) and To (km) (required when Status is Done)
- Select a Name (required)
- Select the Status from the system generated pick list (optional)
- Enter the Target date (required)
- Click Submit
Edit an Activity
- Click the blue Name hyperlink from the Road Activities list grid
- Edit data
- Click Submit
Delete an Activity
- Click the Trashbin icon, for the Name on the Road Activities List grid
- Click OK
Note: If Problems have been identified in an Inspection Activity or selected in a Maintenance Activity, with a ‘Done’ Status, the Trashbin icon will be disabled.
Special Data Entry Fields
From (km) & To (km)
The Activity From (km) and To (km) will default to the Road ID From (km) and To (km) but can be overwritten.
The Activity From (km) and To (km) must be within the Road ID From (km) and To (km).
Distance (km)
The Distance (km) is read only and = To (km) - From (km)
Status
By default, the Status is Plan but can be changed.
Name
If a desired Name is not available in the pick list, it can be added to the Activity Types master list.
Completed Date
When the Status is changed to Done, the Completed date will populate with the Target date but can be overwritten. When the Completed date occurs before the Target date, the field will display a red outline and the Submit button will be disabled.
Reporting
Use the Report button to output the standard attributes for this list grid to Excel. For more information, see this article: Reporting.
Tip: Use the info icon beside the Road ID to see the Road ID From, To, and Distance.
