A Road Inspection Activity must exist.
Road inspection details are captured on road Activities with the Type = INSPECTION.
- Click the blue Name hyperlink from the Road - Activities list grid
- Click on the Details tab
- Select a Stratum to inspect
- Enter/update information
- Click Submit
Stratum
A Stratum is required to capture Inspection Activity Problems on Features.
If a desired Stratum is not available in the pick list, it can be added to the Road Conditions located on the Summary page.
Features
When a Stratum is selected, its associated features will be loaded into the Inspection Activity Features list grid.
Problems
Problems can be identified on Features in an Inspection Activity and are enabled when a Stratum is selected and the Activity Status is Done. Once problems are identified on features in Inspection Activities, they are rolled up and identified on the applicable feature in the Feature Ledger. View a Problem
On the Features list grid, features with problems are identified by a check mark in the Problem Identified column.
- Click on a feature row in the Features list grid to highlight and select it.
