Identify a problem on a feature in either an Inspection Activity or on the Feature Ledger.
Inspection Activity: Road - Activities - select the Name then the Details page.
Feature Ledger: Road - Feature Ledger
Add a Problem
- Click on a feature row in the list grid to highlight it and display any associated Problems in the grid below
- Click +Add on the Problems grid
- Enter the Problem (optional)
- Enter the Date the Problem was found
- Select the Urgency from the system generated pick list (optional)
- Enter the From (Km) and To (Km) (required)
- Distance will be calculated automatically
- Click Submit
Edit a Problem
The option to edit a Problem will be available where the Problem was originally added. Either on the Feature Ledger-Problems Grid or the Inspection Activity-Feature-Problems Grid.
- Click on the Pencil icon in the Problems list grid
- Change data
- Click Submit
Note: The edit button will not show if the problem has been assigned to a Maintenance Activity
Delete a Problem
Deleting a problem will remove it from the applicable feature on the Feature Ledger.
- Click on the Trashbin icon in the Problems list grid
Note: The Trashbin icon will be disabled on a Problem that has been assigned to a Maintenance Activity.
Schedule Maintenance Button
This button will show if a Maintenance Activity has not been scheduled for the Problem.
- Click the Button
- The Activity page will open with MAINTENANCE type filled in.
- Select the Activity Name and fill in any other details.
- Click Submit.
Note: The problem be automatically added to the Maintenance Activity for resolution
