The All Conditions page is located under the Reporting menu item.
Use this page to stay in compliance with the obligation to maintain roads.
View and run quick queries across all road strata to determine when inspections are due. Queries are based on the applied Road Filter. Eg. Only Roads returned by the current Road Filter will be included.
Use the right hand search field to find data in the list grid. Also, use the filter and sort functions at the top of each column.
Note: Data can also be sorted and filtered in Excel after downloading a report.

Reports
Output what you see in the grid to an Excel file or select a custom list of attributes to output.

Show Overdue
Select the Show Overdue check box to view records with an overdue Inspection Due date.
Missing Inspection Plans
Use this checkbox to identify Road Stratas that do not have an Inspection Planned (Next Inspection column is empty)
When the Missing Inspection Plans box is checked, the Create Inspection Plans button will become available.
Create Inspection Plans
- When this button is selected, a Planned Inspection will be created for every Stratum showing in the All Conditions List.
Note: If you only want to create your inspection plans for inspections due in 2022, for example, apply that filter to the Inspection Due column, then select the Create Inspection Plans button.
- The stratum feature type will determine the Inspection activity name to be created. Road feature type will create a Road Inspection. Bridge feature type, a Bridge Inspection and so on.
- The inspection due date will be used as the target date
- Any default costs from the activity types master list will also be loaded into the plans
Road File ID
Click on a blue Road File ID hyperlink to go to the Summary page for the selected road.
Tip: IF (Years) = Inspection Frequency (# of years between inspections)
