On the Referrals/Permit page, record opening referrals and permits and their associated details. Once created, the data can be included in Reports generated from the Plan Builder.
The Referral/Permits page is located under the Opening - Administration - Referrals/Permits button.
Add a Referral or Permit
- Click +Add
- Enter a Description (required)
- Enter a Date (optional)
- Click in the Notes field to enter a note (optional)
- Click Submit
Edit a Referral or Permit
Data can be edited in the data entry grid
- Click in a field
- Enter/change content
- Click Submit
Notes field
- Click in a field
- Edit the content
- Type/Delete data in the field
or, - Select the Master Comment button to append or replace content.
- Type/Delete data in the field
- Click OK
- Click Submit to save
Document Icon
Store documents associated with an assessment. Click the blue Document icon for a record in the grid.

Delete a Referral or Permit
- Click the Trashbin icon for a record in the grid
- Click OK
- Click Submit to save
Report
Click Report to download the currently displayed list to an Excel file.
