The Opening Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP), Admin Site Plan activity tasks, and SP completed and approved dates are identified on the Administration page. The Administration page also provides access to the:
- Site Plan Builder
- Harvesting Plan
- Silviculture Plan
- Assessments
- Referrals/Permits
- Critical Site Conditions
The Administration tab is located under the Opening menu item.
Task List Grid
Tasks assigned to a Site Plan Activity (Activity Type = ADMIN, Activity Name = Site Plan) that is assigned to the current Opening are displayed here.
Add, Edit, and Delete tasks in the Site Plan Activity (Opening - Activities tab).
Tip: When a Site Plan Activity exists, quickly access it using the blue Update in Activity: Site Plan hyperlink.
FSP
Choose the Opening FSP
- Select an FSP from the pick list
- Click Submit
If a desired FSP is not available in the pick list, it can be added here: Configuration - Site Plan Master - FSP.
Note: The Results-Strategies-Measures and the GAR/GWM identified under the selected FSP in the Site Plan Master will be available for selection in the Site Plan Builder.
Change the Opening FSP
- Click Remove
- Click OK
- Select a new FSP from the pick list
- Click Submit
Note: This will remove any RSMs and GAR/GWMs identified in the Site Plan Builder.
Enter Plan Information
Click on a blue button to access associated data entry pages.
With the exception of the Site Plan Builder, a white star on a button indicates that data has been entered under it.
SP Dates
SP Completed
- Enter a date
- Click Submit
SP Approved
The SP Approved date is a read only field. The SP Approved date is managed on the Plan Builder - Sign Off page.
Find Opening
Use Find Opening to navigate to another Opening.
