The red 'missing' message in the Opening RESULTS Generated column indicates to Phoenix that the Opening is not in RESULTS.
RESULTS Disturbance, Forest Cover, Milestone and Silviculture Activity submissions will only be accepted if the opening is already in RESULTS.
- Enter the Opening RESULTS Generated date on the Opening - RESULTS tab to tell Phoenix the opening is in RESULTS.
The Opening RESULTS Generated date is automatically filled in when as opening submission file is created and it is assumed the submission file is uploaded into RESULTS soon after so Phoenix Connect considers the opening to be in RESULTS when this date field has a value.
