We’ve been busy ‘sprucing’ up Phoenix Connect! After listening to your suggestions, we have made the following updates:
Reporting (Openings)
- Opening Summary Report (OSR):
- Forest Cover Section - sorted by Stratum ID
- Activities - sorted by Target Date + Activity Type + Activity Name
- Batch output available in Report Gallery
- Report Gallery - added report descriptions to identify reports run on other pages.
- All Documents - Favourite Report button is working again.
- Silviculture Activity Status Report
- Sorted by File ID
- Company Name is no longer output
- District, Licence and RESULTS Generated dates now output from every ‘All’ page.
- SP Report is output to legal size paper.
- SP Amendment report - Reserve areas are separated from NP NAT to mimic the SP Report.
- All Activities
- Favourite output includes Total Costs.
- Cruised and Harvested Volumes ($/m3) output on Standard and Favourite reports.
- District is output on all reports.
Openings
- Opening Activities - default grid sort order = Target. (Finally!!!)
- Activity Completed date - new behaviour when Status set to Done
- Previously entered = stays the same
- Empty = defaults to Target date
Roads
- Road Activities - default grid sort order = Target.
- Activity Completed date - new behaviour when Status set to Done
- Previously entered = stays the same
- Empty = defaults to Target date
- Road Filter - applying a filter when no roads exist no longer generates an error.
- Road Feature Details - new label = Crossing Name (Site ID)
- Road Feature Ledger list grid - includes Site ID
- Reporting - All Features grid - includes Site ID
