Webinar Questions
Can you record a problem on a Road?
Yes you can. You will just need to make sure that the Road is added as a feature. Once you have done that it will act like any other feature. You can add a problem to it. You can also specify where the problem is. Whether is it the whole thing, or 1 section.
If you find something like a cross-drain or culvert that is not added as a feature, can you add that problem to the Road?
You will not be able to add a new feature while you are offline. But what you could do is add a problem to the Road Feature at the location you have found the cross-drain or culvert. You can also add notes to the problem so that you know what it is or if you need to add a new feature once you get to the office.
Can you add or edit features in the Mobile App?
No you can't. This must be done on Phoenix Connect Online.
Where do I download the App?
Android: Google Play Store
Apple: App Store
Can you delete problems in the Mobile App?
Yes you can delete problems. The only time you can not delete a problem is when it is linked to a Planned Maintenance Activity. To delete a problem that is linked to an activity you will first need to delete the activity.
If I had a contractor doing Road Inspections, could you give them access or would they have to have their own subscription?
You could give them access. You would have to add them as a user on your Phoenix Connect Account. You would then give them access to the Mobile Subscription.
