Cutting Permit Submission
You must add an Opening for each Tenure. For example, 1 opening for the Crown areas and 1 opening for Private areas.
FTA will have separate records for these openings.
RESULTS Submissions
After the CP has been approved, you must manually merge these blocks together.
- Open the Crown Block
- Go to the Opening Details and click on the Additional Tenures Button
- Add the Private Block information
- Submit
Opening Submission - the additional tenures section will be written out to the XML and it will match up with what is in FTA.
Disturbances on multi-tenure openings are reported separately for each tenure or block. For example, if an opening located within a TFL includes a TL, two disturbance reports are submitted: one disturbance report (attribute data) for the portion of the opening in the TFL (excluding the TL area), and one disturbance report (attribute data) for the portion of the opening in the TL.
