Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP)
On the Road Details page, use the Responsible field to identify who is ‘Professionally Responsible’.
This field is available for filtering and reporting.
Transfer of Responsibility
If there is a transfer of responsibility, any related documentation can be added in the Centralized documents area of Roads. There you can load the document and assign it to multiple roads.

Professionals of Record (POR)
Every activity that is added to a Road has a place to track who is ‘Responsible’. Whether that is a Road Activity POR, Road Personnel or Specialists
