When you click on the Load Data From Survey File button or the Load Data From Planting File button Phoenix Connect tries to read through the Excel file to load the data into the Import page. Sometimes problem data or cell formatting can throw this error.
Possible Problems:
- invalid date format in target/start or completed
- text entred column is too long for the field (Base-2, Tech-2, Method-5, Obj1-3)
- text has been entered in a 'number only' field (area, for example)
- hidden characters output to spreadsheet

- Check date fields
- Check client files for data that looks out of place
