See Help Videos: Planting Import
The Data Exchange - Plant Import process will import Planting details from an Excel spreadsheet that has been populated by a planting contractor or a 3rd party software package.
The format of the spreadsheet (attached) is defined by DR Systems and must be followed in order for Phoenix Connect to import the planting data correctly.
- One Excel file may contain several plantings that belong to one or more openings.
- There will be some data validation before the Planting data can be imported into Phoenix Connect. The spreadsheet must be fixed and re-loaded if data validation fails.
- Import file must have an extension of .xlsx (Save As to this file type, not just rename)
