Keep a history of communications with each Interested Party on your Project.
Access
You can access the Communications 2 ways.
1 - Click on the Project - Communications Tab
When you enter this way, a list of all communications for all parties will be listed. Use the Grid Filters or quick search tool to locate any communications on the Project.
2 - From the Project Summary Page - Interested Party Grid - Communication Log Button
When you enter the Communications Tab this way, the list will only show the communications for the Party you clicked on.
Add Communications
Click the Add button and a window will appear for you to enter the details.
- Current Date and Time will be set for you but can be changed to reflect reality
- If you entered the page from 2 - Communication Log Button - the Part will be set for you.
- Party contact can be selected from the list of contacts defined in Party master list, or freely typed in.
Add Documents 
- Click on the blue documents button to add any extra notes or documents relating to a communication.
- Example: Copy Paste an email stream into a Word doc, save as PDF and add document
