FOM JSON Submissions are created from the Engagement Model, Project, Summary, and Area of Interest
Prerequisites/tips
- Add Area(s) of Interest to be included in your FOM subissions
- You can manually add your Areas of Interest or use the Select Openings or Select Roads Buttons

- Type is Required, acceptable types for FOM Submissions are as listed:
- Cut Block
- Road Section
- WTRA
- GIS ID is required for each Area of Interest to include in your FOM Submission
- Related SHAPE files need to be loaded into the Spatial Storage
- To preview the spatial data for the current FOM Project Submission you can use the Map Tab on the Project
- Planned Development Date is required for Cut Block and Road Sections.
- Planned Development Date is optional for WTRA
To Create a FOM JSON File
- Select the Areas of Interest you want in your FOM JSON files
- You can select all Types tol be included, Phoenix Connect will create separate JSON files based on Type. For example: All Cut Blocks will be in one File, All Road Sections in another.
- If you are not able to check the box, a tool tip will let you know why the item is not eligible for submission. (invalid or missing data or GIS ID is not linked to any spatial data)
- Click the Generate FOM button
Download JSON Files
When you click the Generate FOM Button a pop up Save As Window will pop up, you can then select the desired location to save your FOM Files.
Note: If you have any issues submitting your JSON Files to the FOM Site please let us know! We do not have access to test the files.
