Under the Projects Main Menu, locate the Tab called Items of Concern
What can I do on this Page?
- Identify any Concerns with the Project.
- You can type freely in the concern field.
- Examples: Cultural Heritage, Riparian Management, Moose, Access Management
- Data Entry Tip: Create a Lookup Group called 'Concerns' if you would like to standardize these entries. See the Lookups Video for more information
- Identify 'Areas of Interest' that the concern pertains to.
- Identify which 'Interested Parties' voiced the Concern.
- Set a Status for the Concern(s) - Resolved, Unresolved
- Document Measures taken to Address the concern
- Here you can explain what was done to resolve the concern.
- Data Entry Tip: Use Master Comments to standardize and re-use measures taken. See the Master Comments Help article for more information
- Here you can explain what was done to resolve the concern.
- Add Document(s) that relate to the Concern
