Errors if you click 'Load Data From SPAR Files' button
Invalid Data: Seedlot XXXX is not present in the Seedlot Extract
This happens when there are too many records to process in the Seedlot Extract for CBST file.
There are two ways to resolve this issue:
1. Remove Seedlot rows in CBST file that are not in your Short Form Extract File and try again. (Phoenix Connect cannot process over 500 rows)
2. Go back to SPAR and re-download your files. Be sure to use the same filters on both screens so that the same Seedlots in the Short Form file exist in the CBST file.
Error Processing Files: One or more Seedlots cannot be found in CBST File
This error will occur if a Seedlot that occurs in the Short Form file is missing from the Extract CBST File.
Solution:
Go back to SPAR and re-download your files. Be sure to use the same filters on both screens so that the same Seedlots in the Short Form file exist in the CBST file.
