Phoenix Connect is able to import Cruise data by species from CompMate and CruiseComp CSV files. This tool is available on the Data Exchange Menu - Import Cruise Tab
Steps to Import Cruise Data
1. Select File to Import
- For Reference a Sample Cruise Mate CSV File can be downloaded at the bottom of this article.
2. Click button to Load Data From Cruise File
3. Verify or Assign File IDs to load Cruise Data into
- Phoenix will try to set the File ID with the same Licence, CP, Block values in the Cruise File
- If we don't find a match, you can select the appropriate File ID
4. Verify or Assign the Disturbance Record to load Cruise info into
- Update - Phoenix will try to set the Name of a Planned Disturbance record on the File ID selected
- New - If we don't find a planned Disturbance, select a Disturbance Name from the list provided
- we will create a Disturbance record using the following data:
- Area = Net Area from the Cruise Import File
- Target Date = Opening Details - FTA Harvest Date. If a date does not exist, date of import will be used.
- we will create a Disturbance record using the following data:
5. Select the records you would like to Import
- The Action column will indicate if we will Update an existing Disurbance record or create a New one.
6. Select the Import Cruise Data Button
- The button will remain disabled until all Selected FileIDs have a Disturbance Name selected
