When loading in the Survey Import file, if you get an error message 'SU not valid', it means that a Survey Unit in the XLS file does not match up with a Standard Unit on your Opening.
Update the Survey unit (column AF) so the unit matches a standard unit.

Data loaded into Grid - Error Messages in the last column
- “Invalid File ID” = File ID in XLS must match an existing File ID in Phoenix
- “Missing or Invalid Date” = Completed Date is missing or a bad format
- "SU not valid" = a unit in column AF does not match to match the Standard Unit on the File ID
- "SU Area(s) Error" = sum of areas (AG) for each SU does not equal SU Area(s) in Phoenix.
- "Invalid State" = survey result in column AH must be either NSR, SR, REGEN or FG
- "Duplicate" = a DONE Survey with the same Base, Tech, Method, Area and Completed Date already exissts on the File ID.
