ArcGIS Online – Group Sharing Requirements
- The first step is to create a Group and Share it with us
- Phoenix Connect Arc Online Account Name: DRSystemsAdmin
- Client will make sure they create a Share Group with a naming conversion of PC_CompanyName
Share Group Settings
- Viewable by: Only Group Members
- Contributors: Members
- Members List: Visible to All Group Members
Ensure the Feature Layer that is added to the Shared Group is Editable
This will allow DRSystemsAdmin to update Attributes & Sync Spatial Features.
- Open the item details page for the hosted feature layer.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Feature Layer (Hosted) Settings or Feature Layer (Hosted, View) Settings section and check Enable editing.

Once a Group and Layer are shared with DRSystemsAdmin our team will work with you to determine which attributes or spatial feature layers you would like updated using ArcOnline.
