The Tenure Admin - Other Holder road tab helps users manage road use where the road permit is held by another licensee and is designed to assist with Other Holder Road Details data entry.
The Other Holder tab is located in the Road Module under the Tenure Admin menu item.
Tip: Click on an Other Holder row to highlight it and view the associated Road File ID’s at the bottom of the page.
Add a new Permit
- Click +Add
- Enter a Licence (optional)
- Enter a unique Permit (required)
- Enter a Tenure Holder (required)
- Enter other data as needed (optional)
- Click Submit
Note: The combination of Licence and Permit must be unique.
Edit a Permit
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) for a record in the list grid.
- Change data as needed
- Click Submit
Note: When data is changed, all Road IDs associated will be updated with the new values automatically.
Delete a Permit
- Click the Trashbin icon for a record.
Note: The Trashbin icon will be disabled when a Permit # has been assigned to a Road ID.
Archive a Permit
Archiving a record will remove the Permit and associated Tenure Holder from the Permit # and Tenure Holder/Owner pick lists when adding a new road.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) for a record in the list grid.
- Select the Archived checkbox
- Click Submit
Tip: Select the Show Archived checkbox in the Other Holder list grid to display archived records.

The District entered here will auto populate on the Road Details page when the associated Tenure Holder and Permit # are selected.
