On the road Details tab, capture data applicable to Other Holders of Road types.
- Select a Tenure Holder/Owner from the pick list (optional)
- Select a Permit # from the pick list (optional)
- Enter a Section # (optional)
- Click Submit
Note: Click the More Details button for a shortcut to the Tenure Admin - Other Holder page.
Tenure
Tenure will auto populate to Road Permit (RP) and field data entry is skipped.
Tenure Holder/Owner
If a desired Owner is not available in the pick list, it can be added on the Tenure Admin - Other Holder page.
Permit #
The Permit # is associated with the Tenure Holder/Owner selected. If a desired Permit # is not available in the pick list, it can be added on the Tenure Admin - Other Holder page.
