The Sowing Request master list is where planning and actual Request Keys are created, stored and edited. Once a Request Key has been defined, it can then be assigned to individual Planting Activity Stock records (Planting Units) by any user.
This master list is located under Configuration: Master List - Sowing Requests tab and is only available to Admin level users.
The list grid displays some details for each Request Key which can be accessed and edited by clicking on the Request Key hyperlink. Changes made to a Request Key are applied automatically to Planting Unit records where the Request Key has already been assigned.
Tip: Select the Sowing Requests tab at any time to close the details page and return to the list of Request Keys. Remember to select Submit first to save if any changes were made!
Use the search field and/or filter functions at the top of each column to sort/filter on the page. For information on reporting grids see this Phoenix Connect Basics tutorial: Reporting Grids
