The Data Entry Tools are located under the Configuration section of the menu.
Within the Data Entry Tools menu item, users with Admin permissions can create company Lookup lists, Comments, Activity Regimes, and Contacts. Once created they can then be applied in the application by users with Admin and Full permissions. Admin users can also set field Data Entry Rules applicable to the Company.
Data Entry Tools can help streamline and standardize data entry throughout the system. Enter data once in the Data Entry Tools and where applicable, apply to multiple Openings, Tenures, Master Lists, Forest Stewardship Plans, or Objectives.
The Data Entry Tools include:
