The Site Plan Master - FDU tab contains a master list of all potential Forest Development Units (FDUs) that are related to a particular Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP). For information on FSP data entry, see this article: Site Plan Master - FSP
This master list is designed to assist with:
- Opening Site Plan data entry. For information on applying an FDU to an Opening Site Plan, see this article: Plan Builder - Identification.
- Building Electronic Submission Framework (ESF) files for FSP ‘Spatial Only’ submissions. For information on building ESF files for FSP spatial submissions, see this article: Site Plan Master FSP - ESF Submissions.
The FDU tab is located within an FSP under the Site Plan Master menu item.
- Click on the FSP tab
- Click on an FSP ID
Add a New FDU
- Click the +Add button
- Enter a unique FDU Name (required)
- Click in the Licence field to select one or more Licences (required)
Note: Licences entered in the Forest Tenures list grid form the pick list. For information on Forest Tenures, see this article: Tenure Admin - Forest Tenures.
- Enter a GIS ID (optional)
Note: Where the FDU will be used to assist with building ESF files for FSP spatial submissions, a GIS ID is required. For information on ESF Spatial Data & GIS IDs, see this article: ESF Spatial Data & GIS IDs.
- Click the Submit button
Edit an FDU
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) for the FDU on the list grid
- Change data as required
- Click the Submit button
Delete an FDU
- Click the Trashbin icon for the FDU on the list grid
- Click the OK button
