For Video help: Troubleshoot loading GPX Files into Spatial Storage
Prerequisites
- .GPX and .KML file extensions ONLY
- Uncompressed files only
- Projection = WGS84 [EPSG:4326]
If the GPX file you are attempting to load meets the prerequisites above and you get an 'Processing Failed on Track' message, your file may have multiple features that need to be separated before Phoenix Connect can accept it.
- Open your file in QGIS - Here we can see our file has point features (101) & MultiLine String Feature (1)
2. Select the MultiLineString(1) Feature & 'Add Layers'
3. Right Click on your feature -> Export -> Save Feature as
4. 'Deselect All' for attributes list and FORCE_GPX_TRACK = Yes
5. Reload new .GPX file into Phoenix Connect
