1. The Roads All Problems Map View can be used to create an Overview Map for specific Problems on a road.
2. Load Road Shape Files into Spatial Storage.
- Positive Spatial Match: this occurs when the GID_ID attribute in Phoenix Connect finds a match in the GIS_LINK column of one of the SHAPE files loaded in the Spatial Storage – SHAPE Files.
- For the View Map of Problems we use the Roads, Details, GIS ID
- Positive Spatial is only needed for the Road, Problems will be mapped based on the to/from kms.
3. To create an All Problems Activities Map go to Reporting, All Problems section.
4. Once the View Map of Problem window opens, use the Map Menu icon (3 horizontal lines) on the vertical banner to expand the list of available display options.
- Use the radio button to turn on a Base Map
- Checkboxes will be enabled for Activities that have a Positive Spatial Match.
5. Before Generating PDF you should first set your printing settings

- You can customize your PDF Map Title
- You can add a Data Table that will list the Problems shown on Your PDF Map
